Hot Water and Electricity Consumption
The FRIDULI SHILOH apartment complex is equipped with the latest technology to ensure maximum sustainability. Hot water is generated through special solar panels and stored in a 300-liter tank.
All lighting systems, Wi-Fi, sockets for mobile phones, and Smart TVs are powered by the solar system. 24/7 electricity supply is ensured by lithium-ion batteries (10 kWh) and is free of charge.
Only the kitchen sockets, which are used for high-energy-consuming appliances like the toaster, coffee machine, and kettle, are metered and charged separately.
The cost is 0.50 € per kWh.
